Roasted Cauliflower and Turmeric Soup
Serves 5-6 1 head of Cauliflower 3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp ground turmeric Salt and Pepper 1 tbsp olive oil 2 ½ cups vegetable stock 1 tsp rosemary, chopped Leaf 1 bay leaf 2 tsp lemon zest 1 juice of a lemon 2 cups spinach Directions Preheat oven to 350F.
