Chia Berry Pudding
Berry Chia Pudding Serves 2 1 ¼ cup of almond, rice, cashew or coconut milk 3 pitted dates ½ tsp pure vanilla extract ¼ cup chia seeds ½ cup of mixed fruit of choice Place the milk dates and vanilla into a blender or food processor and blend for 5 to 10 seconds. Pancakes are a great way to start the weekend and making them from scratch is even better. This Almond Pancake Recipe is easy to make and great tasting. Give it a try this coming weekend.
